What is interim management?

An experienced manager temporarily takes on a leadership role, with full responsibility and a clear mandate. They leave as soon as the job is done and the organisation can carry it on its own.

How quickly can an interim manager start?

Usually at short notice. In a crisis or after a sudden departure at the top, speed is precisely the reason to choose interim management.

How long does an interim assignment last?

Usually three to twelve months. We agree the end date and the expected result together in advance.
