Tom De Mol is a self-made COO with more than twenty years of experience in operations, sales and general management. He built a business from scratch to around one hundred employees, with full responsibility for results, and founded SBC International in 2021.
Today he brings that experience to directors and business owners through SBC International: as an adviser, as an interim CEO or COO and as a board member. He combines the overview of the boardroom with a thorough knowledge of the shop floor, and knows how a strategy makes the difference in practice. He also provides AI Consulting and AI Engineering: with our own team he builds and implements AI systems for businesses, from process automation and AI agents to AI policy.
His approach is direct, pragmatic and results-driven. No thick reports, but clear choices and an organisation that delivers on them.
SBC International is not a large agency with rotating consultants. You have one fixed point of contact, and we build and implement our AI systems with our own team.
