The online Direction Scan is free. As soon as our time is involved, we agree the price with you first, so you know where you stand in advance. We invoice every step upfront: you pay before we start. What has been delivered has been invoiced.

Six short steps, seven minutes. You get a score out of 100 across four pillars and a personal report with your biggest lever and a 90-day plan.

Direction Call
Two hours via Teams with an experienced executive, in which we go through the full questionnaire together. Within two working days you receive three reports: problem analysis, solution and advice, implementation method. Payable in advance when booking.

Direction Scan Plus
A follow-up after the Direction Call and the three reports. Two to three days on site: conversations with the management team, analysis of the figures and a report setting out the priorities.
Fixed price per phase
Engagements
Strategy, operations or commercial strength. After the diagnosis, you receive a proposal for each phase with objectives, timing and a fixed price.
On request
Interim, fractional and board roles
A temporary CEO or COO, a fixed number of days per month as COO or sparring partner, a sounding board for the managing director or a non-executive director. The fee depends on role and duration, with a base rate of € 200 per hour. This too starts with the free scan or a short intake, the Direction Call and the three reports.
Fixed price per project
AI Engineering: bespoke AI and automation
An assistant, chatbot or automation built around your processes. You start with the free project scan and the Direction Call. After the three reports, we agree one fixed price for the entire project.
All amounts exclude VAT.
